‘Men in blue’ is eying to convert their 2-0 lead into the victory over the series against Lankans. Lankans aren’t able to perform well till now, but this is going to be a ‘do-or-die’ match for them.

India in their earlier match grabbed a great win over the team without making any change in their team. Hopefully, the team will be playing with the same XI, as there is not a need to do so. Though, Hardik Pandya was suffered with cramps in his previous match but he is expected to be fit for the today’s match.

Lankans, on the other hand will be eyeing to their strategies to mark a win and make their position and chance ahead of the series. Sri Lanka had earlier made three changes in their fixture. Now, this time the team would be performing without their captain is been slapped with a ban for two-match by the ICC for his side's slow over rate on Thursday. For the mean time, Chamara Kapugederawill be leading the team as a captain.

The wicket was slightly on the slower side for the second game and the spinners had a big role to play. A similar pitch is likely to be on offer for this game. Thunderstorms have been forecast for the evening, which could lead to a curtailed game.

This is a clear cut match as for India, ‘a victory on the series’ and for Sri Lanka, ‘a do-or-die match’.
