CM Bhagwant Mann expresses grief over the demise of Anurag Verma's father

CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Secretary Anurag Verma's father Prof. VC Verma has passed away. The cremation will be held today at 2:00 pm at the crematorium of Sector-25 in Chandigarh. Anurag Verma's father was a chemistry professor and his mother was an English teacher.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has expressed grief over the demise of Anurag Verma's father. He posted on 'X' (Formerly Called as Twitter) (In Punjabi) (Roughly Translated), "Extremely Saddened to hear the news of demise of Punjab Government Chief Secretary Anurag Verma's father Prof. VC Verma. I am with the family in this sad time. I pray to God to give the lost soul a place in his feet and give courage to the Verma Family."
