Punjab Government Suspends Muktsar Deputy Commissioner

Punjab Govt has suspended DC Rajesh Tripathi due to complaints against him

Punjab Government Suspends Muktsar Deputy Commissioner latest news: The Punjab Government has suspended Rajesh Tripathi, the Deputy Commissioner of Muktsar.

Sources say that the suspension is due to some complaints against him. However, the formal orders are yet to be issued.

Rajesh Tripathi, an IAS officer from the 2016 batch, was appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Muktsar on August 16, 2024, replacing Harpreet Singh Sudan, IAS.

Before this, Tripathi served as the Additional Secretary, Revenue and Rehabilitation, and Director of Land Records, Settlement, Consolidation, and Land Acquisition in Jalandhar.
