Punjab Govt Declares Gazetted Holiday

The Punjab Government has declared gazetted holiday on the occasion of Vishwakarma Diwas on November 8, 2018....

Spokesman News Service: Chandigarh, November 2: The Punjab Government has declared gazetted holiday on the occasion of Vishwakarma Diwas on November 8, 2018. An official Spokesperson said that Punjab Government has issued a notification in this regard and all the offices of Punjab government, Boards/Corporations and other Government/Educational institutes would remain closed on Vishwakarma Diwas. The holiday was earlier included in the state's list of restricted holidays.
