A man was arrested after 300 gm heroin worth Rs three crore in the international market was allegedly found in his possession, police said today.Surendra Kumar Gupta (38) was arrested in Thothibari area on the Indo-Nepal border last evening and the drug recovered from him, Superintendent of Police, RP Singh said.
