New Delhi, Nov 2 (PTI): The minimum temperature here was Friday recorded at 16 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, even as weather turned very humid in the morning. Relative humidity was recorded at 92 per cent at 8:30 am, according to the MeT Department.

The weatherman has forecast mist and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 31.1 degrees Celsius later in the day.
