Three people were killed when a speeding pick-up jeep hit their motorcycle in Rajasthan's Nagaur district, police said today. The mishap took place near Bhadana village under Sadar police station area late last night when the deceased, all friends, were on their way to attend a religious programme in a nearby district, they said.

The driver of the pick-up jeep fled the spot after the accident, the police added. The bodies of the three men were handed over to their families after a post-mortem examination.
