Ginger unbleached rose at the spices market here today on good demand from stockists and retailers. While black pepper rd eased further owing to poor offtake from stockists and retailers. Meanwhile, rest all other spices held stable in the absence of any large-scale buying activity. Ginger unbleached climbed by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 165 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 160. However, black pepper rd moved down by Rs 5/5 per kg to Rs 365/425 as against Rs 370/430.
