Medium sugar prices slipped at the Vashi wholesale market here today following subdued demand from stockists and retailers...

Medium sugar prices slipped at the Vashi wholesale market here today following subdued demand from stockists and retailers. Meanwhile, small sugar prices ended mixed on alternate bouts of buying and selling. Medium sugar (M-30) declined by Rs 10 per quintal to Rs 2,942/3,122 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 2,952/3,122. Small sugar (S-30) was quoted at Rs 2,892/2,942 per quintal as against Rs 2,860/2,952.
