Nitin Nabin is a five-time MLA.

Bihar Minister Nitin Nabin on Monday afternoon received a grand welcome as he arrived at the BJP headquarters in Delhi after being appointed as the working president of the party. 

The 45-year-old was received with scarves and flowers, showered on him by his supporters and BJP leaders

Nitin Nabin, after paying tributes to Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya at the party headquarters in Delhi, took charge at the party headquarters in Delhi, in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP national president JP Nadda, and other party leaders

Nitin Nabin is a several-time MLA. He credited his current position in the party to the blessing of his father. The BJP's leader has been in politics for the past 20 years. 

BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, earlier today, speaking to the media, called the appointment of Nitin Nabinf as the working president of the party,  “a matter of great joy”. 

“Only BJP can elevate a party worker to such heights..." Ravi Shankar Prasad added. 

In a separate development, Sanjay Saraogi, MLA, has been appointed as the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Bihar, earlier today.
