Gujarat Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Jethabhai Ahir has resigned from his position, citing his busy schedule and commitments to other responsibilities, according to the News agency ANI.
He submitted his resignation today at the residence of the Gujarat Assembly Speaker, in the presence of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, State President Jagdish Vishwakarma, and Organization Secretary Ratnakar.

And the Speaker Shankarbhai has accepted the resignation. Ahir is a senior BJP leader.
