NEW-DELHI: In a Momentous Move, the 'Nari Shakti Vandan Bill' aimed at providing one-third reservation to women in the Lower House of Parliament, Legislative Assemblies, and Delhi, has been lauded as a historic decision by Union ministers and leaders of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
