Maharashtra: Goods Train Derails Near Monkey Hill Station Between Lonavala and Karjat
A goods train derailed near Monkey Hill station in the Ghat section between Lonavala and Karjat on Friday, ANI reported, citing the Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Central Railway.

According to initial updates, long-distance train services have been affected due to the derailment, while local train operations remain completely unaffected.
Restoration work is currently underway.
There have been no immediate reports of any casualties or injuries.
