Himachal Weather Update Latest News Today, IMD Prediction This Week: While Himachal Pradesh is witnessing rains on and off, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert across the state.
Too much rain makes people worried because some areas have witnessed the worst heavy rains that caused floods in Himachal Pradesh last year.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a yellow alert was issued in Himachal Pradesh on July 12, except the Lahul Spiti, and Kinnaur, where the IMD has issued no alert.
Likewise, the IMD stated that there was no warning of rain in Lahul and Spiti, Kinnaur, from July 12 to July 16, while other districts Chamba, Kangra, Solan, Shimla, Kullu, Mandi, Kangra, and Sirmaur had yellow alert issued for July 12 to 16.
