Prof. Ghosh described the festival as “a tribute to India’s ancient knowledge, scientific insight and holistic healthcare practices.” He said hosting an event at such a scale reflects Haryana’s role as a land of progress, education and wellness. His remarks pointed to the festival’s broader aim of bridging the gap between traditional wisdom and modern scientific rigour through active engagement with academics, scholars and experts.

Officials said that a notable feature of the event is the Startup Conclave, where innovators are presenting a range of personalised wellness solutions, digital therapeutics, herbal diagnostic tools and AI-enabled healthcare platforms that integrate traditional practices with cutting-edge technology. Prof. Ghosh appreciated the participation of major ayurvedic brands, wellness organisations and research institutions. He noted their efforts in developing high-quality formulations, standardised therapies and globally relevant healthcare solutions.

The Governor honoured representatives from Multani Pharma, Zandu and Emami for their contributions to the field of ayurveda. He also presented the Yogaguru Award to social worker and Black Belt Taekwondo expert Amita Marwah.
