Chandigarh: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president's wife Ambika Sood has tested positive for the corona virus, while Arun Sood's corona virus report has come negative. 

At the same time, the report of another family member also came negative. This information was given by BJP president Arun Sood himself through his Facebook account.

Meanwhile, the Coronavirus cases continues to increase in the country. The number of corona victims in the country has risen to 13,36,861. At the same time the number of active patients in the country has increased to 4,56,071. So far 8,49,432 patients have recovered. There have been 31,358 deaths from the coronavirus in the country so far.

Speaking of Chandigarh, the capital of Punjab and Haryana, the total number of patients has reached 823. There are 275 active cases and so far a total of 13 deaths have been reported from corona in Chandigarh while 535 patients have recovered and returned home.
