CHANDIGARH: Punjab's Agriculture Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal is taking stock of survey by reviewing the crops damaged due to the unseasonal rains in the state. Chief Minister Bhagwant Maan has announced compensation for farmers' crops damaged due to unseasonal rains.
Dhaliwal said, "This is my endeavor that every affected farmer should get proper compensation, but in case of injustice or harassment to any farmer during survey, then farmer can register his complaint on the Whatsapp helpline number '93093-88088'.

The Agriculture Minister said that immediate action will be taken on the complaint registered on this number. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's promise to give compensation to farmers for crop damage on Baisakhi will be fulfilled.
