Cause of the fire has not been ascertained yet
AMRITSAR: Massive fire broke out in a house in Islamabad Nagar area of Amritsar district. Three members of a family which includes Mother, father and son died in the terrible incident.
As soon as the fire was reported, Fire Brigade from the Municipal Corporation reached the spot and tried to control the fire, after which the teams of Gilwali Gate Fire Brigade, Town Hall Fire Brigade, Sewa Society Fire Brigade also reached the spot. The fire was brought under control after hours of effort.
According to the information received, 7 members were present inside the house, out of which three people died and the condition of the remaining four is critical. Some members of the house were rescued by the fire brigade teams. The cause of the fire has not been ascertained yet.
