A Search Operation has been launched by the Army to search for Pilots 

ARUNACHAL PRADESH: An Army Cheetah helicopter crashed in Bomdila of Arunachal Pradesh state on Thursday (March 16). A search operation has been launched by the army to search for the pilots. In October last year too, an army Cheetah helicopter crashed in Tawang area, in which a pilot died during treatment.

Defense spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Mahendra Rawat said that at around 9:15 am on Thursday morning, during an operational operation near Bomdila in Arunachal Pradesh, a Cheetah helicopter of the Army Aviation was reported to have lost contact with the ATC. It was later learned that the helicopter crashed near Mandla, west of Bomdila. Relief and rescue operations have been initiated by the army to search for the pilots.
