Sujan Singh Pathania

Sujan Singh Pathania, MLA of Fatehpur, Vidhan Sabha constituency and former Transport and Energy Minister of District Kangra, died

Sujan Singh Pathania, MLA of Fatehpur, Vidhan Sabha constituency and former Transport and Energy Minister of District Kangra, died on Thursday night.

Pathania, 86, was suffering from various diseases for the last few years. He was undergoing treatment in Chandigarh and Ludhiana for a long time.

Due to sickness, he was unable to attend the assembly session even once in the last three years.

Pathania was considered close to Virbhadra Singh and was a minister in his cabinet during two terms.
