18 women rescued from two Hisar hotels as police crack down on prostitution racket

According to sources on Tuesday, Haryana Police rescued eighteen women after busting a group engaged in prostitution and other immoral activities in Hisar city. This action was performed in accordance with a "zero-tolerance" stance against prostitution and other immoral practices, according to the Hisar Police. Following raids on two hotels near the Urban Estate police station on Monday, a case pertaining to immoral trafficking was filed as part of this campaign.
According to an official statement, the sex racket was uncovered on Monday when a police team carried out prearranged raids on both hotels.

Legal action was taken in compliance with the law after a number of people were arrested for interrogation during the raid. According to the police statement, following the inquiry revealed the hotel operators' involvement, cases were also filed against them under pertinent sections. The women were transported to these hotels for prostitution from states like Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi, and Uttarakhand, according to a police spokeswoman on Tuesday. During the operation, eighteen of these women were saved. He added that the management of both hotels were immediately taken into custody.

It is the duty of every hotel operator to operate within the bounds of the law, according to Hisar Superintendent of Police Siddhant Jain. Strict legal action shall be taken against the operators, managers, and all parties engaged in any hotel, guest house, or lodge that turns into a center for prostitution or any other immoral conduct. He declared that no guilty person will be spared at all. The Hisar SP emphasized that under no circumstances would any person or organization be allowed to compromise women's dignity, social decency, or law and order.

He gave operators of all hotels, guest houses, resorts, and lodges in the area a clear warning, telling them to get legitimate identification documents from each visitor, keep thorough records, and notify the police right away of any suspicious activity. Strict legal action would be guaranteed in such circumstances based on the evidence, he said, and the responsible operator will not be able to claim ignorance if immoral behaviors are discovered to be occurring at any establishment.
