New partnership set to strengthen solar module distribution to EPC companies across India

HeadsUp B2B, a one-stop infrastructure marketplace, on Tuesday said it has partnered with INA Solar to market and distribute solar modules to engineering procurement and construction (EPC) companies. Headsup B2B's long-term plan to develop solar into a crucial growth vertical has advanced significantly with this partnership.

The company is targeting 40 per cent of its overall revenue to come from its solar business by FY27, supported by a growing portfolio of products, an expanding regional distribution network and rising demand for renewable energy solutions across India. The partnership targets annual solar distribution supporting Headsup B2B's broader objective to achieve Rs 150 crore annual revenue from its solar business.

"Solar is emerging as one of our most important growth businesses and will play a meaningful role in the company's future growth... As we continue to expand our renewable energy business, we aim to build solar into a significant contributor to our overall revenue," Sumit Kumar, Head of B2B, said.

The company has previously stated that, given its present capital deployment levels, it anticipates generating approximately Rs 2,500 crore in sales by 2030; but, growth to Rs 10,000 crore would require additional finance and the right strategic investors.
Headsup B2B is a one-stop shop for a variety of products related to infrastructure, construction, industry, and renewable energy.

HeadsUp B2B was founded in 2021 in India by Sumit Kumar, though its legal entity was registered a few years earlier as a private limited company in New Delhi. The company operates as an online marketplace and the work of company to connecting contractors, retailers, and real estate organizations with trusted building materials, simplifying procurement for SMEs by offering cost-effective, scalable supply chain solutions tailored to India's infrastructure sector.

The company's product range spans building construction raw materials, safety products, and industrial equipment — including steel products, road safety equipment, plumbing pipes and fittings, electrical items, industrial safety products, renewable energy systems, welding machines, and material handling equipment.on the other side INA was incorporated in 2015 in Jaipur, Rajasthan by visionary entrepreneurs Manish Gupta and Vikas Jain, specifically in October 2015, as a BSE SME-listed company and national solar energy provider. Both founders brought over 20 years of experience across sectors like steel, industrial pipeline accessories, real estate, and health & fitness, alongside their background as captive and independent solar power producers.
